Fill up online form, they reply a few days later. I mention friend/neighbor is client but lost RM and moved to switzerland so i did form instead of intro.
Suggest call, but fully booked for next week or something I say I am flexible on July 20th she suggests 330pm july 20th. I don't reply but add it on calendar.

Day of July 20th I check saying I didn't confirm but I am available. She says she has another meeting.
She Never follows up ever again!!
Btw: They were sponsoring Estoril open next to me, no mention, any non mediocre company would have invited a prospective client.
